VENDOR SHOWCASE
Our Vendor Showcase is an excellent way to display products, services, and promotional materials, while increasing your visibility and exposure to conference attendees. This year’s Showcase will be held Tuesday, October 6, during breakfast, lunch, breaks, and evening reception, giving attendees more opportunities to meet with suppliers.

Includes one 6-foot draped and skirted table and two chairs.
Display Table Cancellations
Cancellations made before 9/11/26 will receive a full refund, less a $200 processing fee. Any cancellations made after this date will not qualify for a refund.
Shipping & Receiving
Packages should not arrive at the hotel more than 3 days in advance. Service fees may be applied.

Return Shipments
Return shipments should be packaged, ready to ship out with return labels printed and adhered and left in the ballroom after tear down. The hotel Shipping Department will take all packages to the hotel loading dock and arrange for pick up.
